It is suggested to put any large nut ingredients through a food processor to chop into smaller pieces. Then proceed to mix all of the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Be sure to melt the coconut oil into a liquid state before adding to the dry ingredients. Put the granola on a tray in the oven on low for approximately 10 minutes or until brown and crispy. Stir on the tray frequently while baking in the oven. Enjoy!!
